Cilantro Seed - Sowing Instructions
Sow the separated seeds directly into the garden bed in early spring as soon as the soil is workable. Space furrows 2 to 3 feet apart, lightly cover the seeds with soil, press gently to ensure good contact, and keep the area consistently moist to encourage sprouting. Cilantro seeds can be slow to germinate, particularly if the soil becomes too warm, so cooler conditions are ideal. For a continuous harvest, sow seeds in intervals of about three weeks. Be sure to pick the leaves before the plant begins to flower for the best flavor and texture.
