Uses
- Ginger has long been used for digestive upsets, both as a fresh product and as an essential oil.
- Inhaling or diluted and applied topically is can assist with nausea and motion sickness.
- It is an energizing and warming oil, so is also used in massage for improving circulation, for inflammation and general aches.
- In aromatherapy it is also used to treat depression and stress.
Warnings:
Always use diluted as it is phototoxic, albeit in low levels
